To ensure a quick turnaround, please ensure all units are fully charged prior to submission. Units may be submitted with or without accessories and cables.

Standard calibration turnaround is 3 business days. Additional time may be required for units that are not charged or require further repair.
A Rush Service Fee may apply for urgent requests; however, expedited service cannot be guaranteed.
Units can be dropped off & collected between 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
